House tokenization
for a U.S. client
We built a real-estate tokenization implementation for a Texas client using ERC-1155, structuring property-linked digital units around a real physical asset.
Seekware has spent nearly a decade turning real-world value into secure digital infrastructure — from ICOs and digital assets to tokenized homes, gold, art, NFTs and government-grade land registry workflows.
Blockchain is part of our engineering DNA. Seekware entered the space in 2016, when most of today's tokenization vocabulary was still forming.
Since then we have designed and delivered token economies, smart contracts, ICO platforms, NFT systems, marketplaces, asset-backed tokenization and custom blockchain products for clients across different industries and jurisdictions.
Our founder, Shikhar Srivastava, has been a blockchain enthusiast since 2014 — following the technology before Ethereum-style programmable assets became mainstream.
Different assets need different legal, economic and technical models. We choose the token standard around the real-world use case — not the other way around.
We built a real-estate tokenization implementation for a Texas client using ERC-1155, structuring property-linked digital units around a real physical asset.
Fungible tokens designed to represent standardized units of underlying gold — demonstrating how physical value can be mapped into programmable digital ownership.
Multiple art and collectible platforms using ERC-721 for unique identity, provenance, ownership history and marketplace transactions.
One of our most important experiences was building the workflow behind a public-sector land and occupancy registration programme — connecting field surveys, GIS, approvals, certificate issuance and dispute handling into one operational system.
Real-world tokenization is not just a smart contract. It needs identity, GIS, records, approvals, legal workflows, audit trails, recovery and dispute handling.
That experience is the foundation for our work around legally meaningful digital title, property tokenization and government-controlled registry infrastructure.
Early fascination with decentralized money, programmable trust and what blockchain could become.
Custom blockchain development, token systems and early smart-contract products.
Token creation, sale platforms, vesting, wallets, dashboards and end-to-end ICO infrastructure across a large number of projects.
Art, collectibles, marketplaces, minting systems and unique/fractional asset structures.
Real estate, gold and other asset-backed tokenization models.
Property title, regulated RWAs, government registry integration and production-grade digital asset infrastructure.
For serious assets, the contract is only one layer. The real product is the complete system around ownership, rights, compliance, custody, transfer and recovery.
What exactly does the token represent? Ownership, economic rights, access, a certificate, debt or something else?
A token is useful only when the off-chain rights and on-chain representation are clearly connected.
ERC-20 for fungible units, ERC-721 for unique assets, ERC-1155 for flexible multi-asset structures — or custom architecture when needed.
Issuance, transfer, freeze, burn, recovery, upgrade, audit, marketplace and reporting all matter.
Role-based permissions, multisig, upgrade controls, contract testing and production deployment discipline.
KYC, payments, documents, GIS, registries, wallets, APIs and dashboards turn a token into a working business system.
I started following blockchain in 2014 because I believed it could become much more than cryptocurrency. Over the years we have watched the industry move from coins, to ICOs, to NFTs, to real-world assets — and we have built through every one of those cycles.
We can help define what should be tokenized, how it should work, and build the full product around it.
